A website that brings in enquiries
Modern, fast and mobile-friendly, with a contact form and a Google Maps business profile.

I’m Katarzyna Wójcik - PhD in chemistry, project manager, rally co-driver and photographer. Chera Lab is my studio. I design websites and bring AI into small businesses, photograph events and run projects from idea to result. My mind has no drawers, only connections - like the roots of a tree.
Head in heels, heart in the forest.
Each of these boxes feeds the others. Chemistry teaches process, business teaches decisions, motorsport teaches calm under pressure and photography teaches attention to people.
Websites, online booking, automations and AI assistants. Especially for the automotive world - workshops, off-road tracks and event organisers.

See more ↓Why “Lab”? I hold a PhD in chemistry. To me a lab means method and precision: I know what I want to achieve, choose the right tools and measure the result. I work with technology the same way.
I start with people and goals, not templates. I plan the structure, design the interface, add purposeful motion, test and keep improving. From cosmetics brands to service businesses, events and foundations.
I don’t start by picking a template - I start with people and goals. Every stage ends with a concrete result you see and approve before we move on. That way there are no surprises at the end.
I get to know you, your business and the people you speak to. We review the competition and answer one question: why will someone visit this site and what should they do there?
Before any colour appears, I design the logic: content architecture, user paths and wireframes. We know what goes where and why.
A website is only as good as its content. I help organise the copy, and I can take the photos myself - no stock smiles.
Colour, typography, photography, space and detail. An interface true to your brand, not another off-the-shelf website.
Coding, mobile version, animations and micro-interactions. Motion guides attention and builds hierarchy - it doesn’t just “look nice”.
Different devices and browsers, loading speed, SEO basics and forms. Then the domain, publishing and analytics.
A good website doesn’t end at launch. If the project needs it, I stay on for updates, content and further changes.
I don’t sell consulting or courses. I build and implement things that save you time or bring in customers, then show your team how to use them. I work with small businesses: workshops, service companies, off-road tracks, service providers and local brands.
Modern, fast and mobile-friendly, with a contact form and a Google Maps business profile.
Customers book a slot themselves and get a reminder the day before.
Answers typical questions about prices, opening hours and availability - even at night and at weekends.
Quotes, estimates and email replies from ready-made templates - in minutes instead of an hour.
Facebook and Instagram posts prepared with AI. You just approve them.
2 hours of hands-on practice on your own tasks: how to use AI every day and what not to trust it with.
Before I start, I tell you straight what will pay off in your business and what won’t. If you don’t need something, I won’t sell it to you.

It all started at rallies. When I wasn’t competing or organising off-road events, I didn’t want to stand on the sidelines doing nothing. So I bought a camera. That’s how my photography adventure began.
I photograph the extraordinary - usually in mud, dust and adrenaline. My camera goes everywhere with me: off-road rallies, ultra races, events and celebrations. Good photography is like good make-up: it brings out beauty without taking over the essence. See the portrait and reportage offer.
At a time when almost anything can be generated by AI, I do two things at once: I help businesses use AI wisely, and I keep in every frame that bit of soul no algorithm can fake.
My PhD in chemistry taught me to think in processes and test hypotheses. My MBA and DBA gave me the language of business. For over 10 years I have combined the two: I lead projects, operations and transformations, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry, where precision, pace and people all matter at once. I have run projects in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands and the USA.
Science+Business+People→change that works
I understand numbers, risks and decisions. I turn strategy into budgets, timelines and measurable results - without losing people along the way.
Change is not a slide. It’s people. I help translate new directions, technologies and AI into how an organisation really works.
R&D, clinical trials, GMP, work with CMOs and CDMOs. I untangle complex topics, connect teams and deliver - from idea to implementation.
I organise events with solid back-up and soul: from international scientific conferences and foundation events to rallies and motorsport events. I know motorsport from the inside - as a rally co-driver, photographer and organiser. This is where I want to grow new projects.
Concept, route, logistics, people and safety. I know what a rally looks like to the crew, the organiser and the photographer.
I have organised international scientific conferences. Today I coordinate events, training and foundation programmes.
One event can produce three things: the event itself, the photos and the website. Organisation, mud photography and web design in one pair of hands.
Idea→Concept→People→Logistics→Start→finish
